Glowworm Apple AirPods Promotion Terms and Conditions - July 2021 (the “Promotion”)

By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited is the promoter of this promotion (the “Promoter”).

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the reward, cancellation of the reward or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.

This Promotion runs from 1st July 2021 - 30th September 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to the account holder of credit account or trade cash card customers of the Promoter (which trades as City Plumbing Supplies (“CPS”) and Plumbing Trade Supplies (“PTS”) provided they are based in or are a resident in the UK, are 18 years of age or older, are Gas Safe registered and are not excluded from the Promotion (the “Qualifying Customers”)

Merchants, Public Organisations including Housing Associations and Local Authorities, Energy Schemes, British Gas, customers with internal and/or external contract support and employees of the Travis Perkins Group and their spouses are excluded from this Promotion.

This Promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

How to participate

Qualifying Customers must purchase four (4) Glowworm Energy Boiler Packs either in-branch or online at www.cityplumbing.co.uk during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Goods”).

Qualifying Customers must be registered with Glowworm Club Energy. Qualifying Customers must register each install with Glowworm Club Energy in order to qualify for the Promotion.

All purchases of the Qualifying Goods and Qualifying Customers will be verified by Glowworm (the “Supplier”).

Purchases not invoiced and paid in full will not count towards the Qualifying Goods total purchases.

Any purchases made outside of the Promotional Period, will not count.

Purchases that have been returned within 30 days at the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

The Qualifying Goods are subject to availability.

The Reward (the “Reward”)

The Reward is one pair of Apple AirPods.

The Reward is limited to one (1) per Qualifying Customer.

The Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

(i) no cash or other alternatives will be offered;

(ii) they are not transferable; and

(iii) they are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another without giving notice.

Distributing the Reward

Qualifying Customers’ will be notified by the Supplier by telephone (the “Notification”) within twenty one (21) days of qualifying for the Promotion.

The Supplier will distribute the Prize directly to the Qualifying Customer after the fourth (4th) Qualifying Goods has been registered with Glowworm Club Energy.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy

General

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Rewards except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoter's decision regarding Promotion matters will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

These Terms will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
