Glow-worm Service extends time period for boiler services for shielding customers

Glow-worm would like to clarify the situation with guarantees for our shielded customers during the current restrictions the UK Government has implemented due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

For our shielded customers who have boiler services due in the coming months, Glow-worm will honour all guarantees providing they are serviced by June 2021, ensuring at risk customers have one less thing to worry about during lockdown.

Service Director Nick Bennett commented, “We remain committed to protecting our customers and delivering best in class service for them, despite operating under the severe restrictions imposed by the Government to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. We recognise this means some customers will be unable to have their boiler serviced and we would like to reassure those customers that their safety is our priority. That’s why we’ll extend the guarantee period for those customers to June 2021. We hope this promise provides peace of mind for them.”
