We’ve been supporting our installers with training on demand with the Glow-worm Academy for the last few years. Giving installers access to product knowledge on our boiler and control ranges, along with providing the latest industry knowledge at their fingertips.

Complete with easy-to-use booking forms to access our in-centre training courses, online tutorials and certificates upon course completion, the Academy has provided a wealth of knowledge to thousands of installers so far.

Available 24/7, our online Academy has been designed to provide you with training material relevant to you and your business. From the initial sign-up, the Glow-worm Academy provides you with tailored training based on your own skill set, interests and any previous content that you have interacted with, making our training completely flexible to you.

We know that not everyone learns in the same way. That’s why we’ve adapted our courses to accommodate a variety of learning styles. From video content, e-learning, webinars, downloadable material and much more, there is something for every installer…

And, we know that an installers day can be busy with annual servicing, last minute repairs and managing your diary. So, the academy has been designed to be completely user-friendly, meaning you can start and stop lessons as you need, when you need it.

If you prefer more hands-on training, we also have 10 Centres of Excellence at locations around the UK. Each centre hosts a variety of training courses and are fully equipped with the latest tech. We also throw a free lunch in!
