The following practical courses are in Glow-worm boiler and heat pumps.

Boiler courses

| Glow-worm Diagnostics & Fault Finding | This course will cover the main principles of diagnostic and sequencing knowledge that is required for finding potential system or appliance faults or failures. Attendees will be taken through the sequences of our appliances and the use of diagnostic codes and multimeter use to determine system or component failure. All attendees must have attended a Glow-worm Installation and commissioning training course as a pre-requisite to attend this course. |
| Glow-worm Install Commission Maintenance | Glow worm Install Commission Maintenance is a practical course, held in one of our Centres of Excellence. This course will cover installation and commissioning skills applicable to the current range of Glow worm appliances.

Heat pump courses

| GeniaAir Installation and Commissioning | This in-centre course provides an in-depth understanding for the installation and commissioning requirements of the Genia Air air source heat pump. The course is aimed at experienced heat pump installers who may be new to the Glow- worm Heat Pump product range. In depth theory and practical activities will showcase the correct methodology behind installing the Genia Air air source heat pump. We strongly advise attendees complete the short E -learning course Introduction to Glow -worm heat pumps available on the Glow-worm Academy, if you have no previous experience of fitting air source heat pumps.
