If your Glow-worm heating system is installed with the MiGo Link internet gateway and a fault occurs, help is just a call away. Our friendly support team can remotely check what’s happening and guide you through fixing the issue.

How to sign up for Glow+

To sign up, you need:

Own or have use of a Glow-worm boiler, models of which must be post-2006.
Have the MiGo Link internet gateway installed and the MiGo Link app active on your smart phone.

Activating Glow+ is as easy as flipping a switch. Simply log into myGlow-worm Web with your MiGo Link app details or select sign up and follow the step-by-step guide. If you don’t have the MiGo link app installed, you can download it from your app store.
