MiGo Link internet gateway

The MiGo Link internet gateway is compatible with our current range of Glow-worm boilers and heat pumps, seamlessly linking your heating system to provide remote access and improved product support.

MiGo Link internet gateway works with all of our Glow-worm boilers from 2006 onwards, and with three of our latest Glow-worm controls; MiSet, MiGo Select or Climastat Select.

Installing the MiGo Link internet gateway with these controls also links your system to the MiGo Link app, giving you full control of your heating and hot water from your mobile device, or through your home’s Apple HomeKit smart assistant.

Efficiency - Enables weather compensation in compatible controls, allowing them to monitor the outdoor temperature and adjust your heating to run as efficiently as possible.

Compatibility - Compatible with all Glow-worm boilers launched since 2006 and the GeniaAir heat pump.

Where can I set my password and what are the password requirements for the MiGo Link app?

A password for the MiGo Link app must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 of each: an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, numerical digit and a special character. The password will be set as part of creating your MiGo Link account.

How can I send feedback, ask questions, or report concerns from within the MiGo Link app?

If you would like to submit any query, security concern or feedback, please use the ‘send feedback’ function in the app. To access the ‘send feedback’ function, select the settings in the bottom left of the app screen and you will see ‘send feedback’. Once your message has been raised, our app support team will reply and update you by email. Replies will be sent to the email address used to set up the MiGo Link account.
