Can your engineers fix any Glow-worm boiler?

We are able to repair any domestic Glow-worm boiler unless it is uneconomical to do so. If this is the case, we will advise you on a suitable replacement boiler for your home and you will only be charged £99 for the engineer’s time.

When you book your appointment, you’ll need to provide the boiler type and serial number of your appliance. Your chosen engineer will be an expert in boiler repair for this type of appliance.

What happens if you can’t fix my boiler?

Do you offer any guarantees with your boiler repair service?

Yes. We guarantee that our approved engineers will only use genuine Glow-worm parts to carry out all repair work. And our boiler repair specialists have access to over 600 Glow-worm parts, which enables them to fix your boiler the first time in 95% of cases.

Once we’ve repaired your boiler, all of the parts that we fit are guaranteed for 12 months from that date. We also offer a 90-day guarantee on our labour if you have any issues in that time.
